The Challange

Crowe Foederer, number 16 in the accountancy industry, has challenges in finding and winning talent because of the company’s rapid growth. There was a need for a distinctive story and a recognisable and strong communication concept. Together with Crowe, we ensured that this concept works strongly, both outwards and inwards.


In the analysis phase, we recognised Crowe as a dynamic organisation. New dimensions such as data science and smart HR solutions are alive and well within Crowe. During workshops, we noticed that – due to the down-to-earth corporate culture – many beautiful aspects of the organisation were experienced as ‘normal’. But there is every reason for pride!

We’ve translated Crowe’s brand values into appealing work values. Together with colleagues, we identified six important forces. These are the pillars of the creative concept. It appeals to new talent and strengthens internal pride.

The result

‘The power of Crowe’ provides a fresh, energetic, and distinctive image in the accountancy world. The photography of powerful and agile accountants stands out and is completely in line with the working values ‘impact’ and ‘hands on’. The six named forces also directly form the promises for new talent. Target group- and candidate-oriented. We stand out and come up with concrete evidence.


Together with Crowe, we continuously measure and improve the entire candidate and employee journey. In this way, we’re constantly working on improving the various touchpoints and thus optimising the employership. We call this nonstop employer branding.
